This green lemonade is a fun, no-sugar way to enjoy St. Patrick’s Day, and you can make it in under 5 minutes!
A delicious drink, low in carbs and high in flavor. And the best part is, it’s healthy! There is no food coloring added! Just good, healthy, real-food ingredients that allow you to celebrate without adding a ton of carbs or sugar to your eating plan.
If celebrating St. Patrick’s Day feels a little undoable as a pre-diabetic or diabetic, then this refreshing lemonade can help! It has 1 net carb per serving and uses only stevia to sweeten things up.
And no! You can’t taste the spinach! There is only enough added to color the lemonade.
Green lemonade is refreshing and gives you a shot of good nutrition too, thanks to the addition of leafy greens.
You will need a high powered blender for this, like a Ninja or Vitamix. If you don’t have one, you can strain out the small spinach bits after blending in a regular blender. But you may have to add a little more spinach to get the color done right.
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!! Have fun today, and try not to get pinched!
