This low carb peanut sauce can magically transform from a dipping sauce, to a sauté sauce, to a salad dressing in seconds!
If you crave delicious, peanutty saucy things, look no further. This is an all purpose sauce that can take you from dipping lettuce wraps or veggies, to stir frying your favorite dishes, to giving your next salad that little something extra that makes you want seconds. It’s seriously good stuff, comes together in minutes and is even easily portable.
I made the yield small because I tend to overeat these types of things. But you could easily double or triple the recipe. You also may question the use of PB2. Yes, it has sugar. But in very small amounts. I use it because the fat and calorie content is so low. But the choice is yours. If you choose to use a natural, no sugar peanut butter instead, simply use 2-3 tbsp. of real peanut butter and proceed with the recipe.
HOW TO MAKE LOW CARB PEANUT SAUCE
It’s a very simple process. All you have to do is place all the ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk together until smooth. You can adjust the flavors and consistency to suit your taste and texture preferences by adding more of any of the ingredients. This is a very easy recipe to adjust, so don’t worry that you might mess it up. Worst case scenario is that you end up with some extra sauce for another day!
